Mission Statement

The Mission of the Mississippi School Nurse Association is to promote quality school health programs, strengthen the professional growth of school nurses, and advance  the practice of school nursing.

About MSNA

The Mississippi School Nurse Association (MSNA) was organized in 1993.  School nurses throughout the state met in Natchez, Mississippi, established four regions within the state, and have been meeting annually since that time.  

Goals

Advance the practice of school nursing in the state of Mississippi 

Provide leadership at state and local levels on issues pertaining to school health

Promote visibility of school nursing practice
